By creating an account or using any part of UpInvest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

UpInvest is a PSX portfolio tracking and investment education platform. We provide:

• Stock portfolio tracking for Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) listed companies
• Fundamental analysis and company data
• AI-powered stock summaries and projections (premium feature)
• Educational content about investing in Pakistani markets

We do not provide licensed financial advisory services.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content on UpInvest — including AI summaries, stock data, projections, blog articles, and any other information — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on UpInvest constitutes a buy or sell recommendation. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. UpInvest is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information from our platform.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free plan: track up to 5 stocks at no cost
• Monthly plan: PKR 299 per month
• Yearly plan: PKR 3,240 per year (10% discount)
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

6. Intellectual Property

All content on UpInvest — including design, code, logos, blog articles, and AI-generated summaries — is the property of UpInvest. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of UpInvest is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at upinvest.pk/privacy.html. By using our platform you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

UpInvest is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on our platform. PSX data may be delayed. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from use of our platform.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use UpInvest to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform
• Scrape or copy data from our platform
• Use our platform for any unlawful financial activity

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of UpInvest after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
