UpInvest.pk (operated by InsightsWhiz (Pvt) Ltd) offers subscription-based access to portfolio tracking, market data, and investment education tools. This policy explains how refunds work.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the subscriber has not actively used premium features during that period.
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods once a subscription cycle has started and been used.
- Refunds are not available for renewal charges unless the renewal was made in error.
How to Request a Refund
- Email upinvestpk@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
